Yes, we do sign Non-Disclosure Agreements with clients when requested for. This is done to protect their confidentiality, trade secrets, and business information. We understand our roles and responsibilities working for our clients behind the scenes.
How do you ensure quality resources to meet our requirements?
We have a thorough talent acquisition process and hire the best of people who bring in technical know-how and good communication skills. From domain knowledge and language skills to personality traits, we match the best candidates to meet the niche requirements of our clients.
What happens in case of unavailability of my resource?
All leaves and offs are planned well in advance and communicated to our clients accordingly. We avoid unavailability of resources for petty reasons that can hamper schedule. In case of health and other emergency leaves a suitable replacement to best suit the needs of our clients is made available.
Can I hire a talent and manage their services directly?
Yes, we allow clients to hire resources on a full-time basis to work on their projects starting from ($999) per month. You have the liberty to assign tasks, seek progress reports and review their performance independently. We also offer you the choice of having a Project Manager serve as a single point of contact between you and the resources you hire.
